Project Solutions


The Orleans Group provides project solutions which are practical, cost effective, and profitable. We work with our clients to determine their needs and desires prior to entering a market. A schedule of actions with milestones is produced. Depending on the country and the goals of the client, a crucial step is to determine whether to license, franchise, or engage a distributor. In some case, manufacturing may be desired. In other cases, a client will want us to select an agent for their product.


An example of an agent selection involved a premier U.S. drip irrigation manufacturer. The Orleans Group performed on-the-ground market research of the agricultural industry in Saudi Arabia including discussions with major agricultural concerns and farms, and the science and academic communities. Upon our presentation to the client an agent was selected which increased the sales of the client in the Middle East many times over.
